A Ginger Lemon- Tiki Swizzle

Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban
Glenmorangie Original
Falemum
Kummel
Tropical Ginger Syrup
Lemon juice
Dr. Adams Brazilian bitters

Quantities.
10ml (1/3oz) Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban
40ml (1 1/3oz) Glenmorangie Original
7.5ml (1/4oz) Falemum
7.5ml (1/4oz) Kummel
10ml (1/3oz) Tropical Ginger Syrup
12.5ml (1/3oz) Lemon juice
3 drops Dr. Adams Brazilian bitters
Method.
Pour all the ingredients into a sling glass. Fill 2/3 of the glass with crushed ice and mix thoroughly with a bar spoon. Fill the rest of the glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig, a lemon wheel and a cherry.
