Glenmorangie Grand Vintage 1997: Seventh edition of the Bond House No. 1 Collection - 750ml
This collection is named after the largest former Glenmorangie warehouse, which was built in the 19th century. This warehouse was the hometown for the cask aging of finest single malts until 1990. Due to increasing demand and no possibility of expansion of the building, Warehous No. 1 became a beautiful distillery building, also known as the 'Glenmorangie Highland Cathedral'. Glenmorangie Grand Vintage is an extremely rare Glenmorangie, which was distilled in 1997. The exquisite single malt is aged for 24 years in ex-bourbon casks as well as Bordeaux wine casks. This outstanding creation is the seventh entrant in the Bond House No. 1 collection. Distilled: 1997 Bottled: 2021 Tasting notes:Color: Amber. Nose: Lush, red fruits, floral hints, chili, ginger notes. Palate: Spicy, sweet, fruity tangerines, ripe pears, pineapple, ginger, chili, marzipan. Finish: Long lasting, sweet and spicy.
