This Limited Edition marks the first of five planned installments in our Día de Muertos series, set to be unveiled in the coming years, each capturing a unique aspect of this meaningful tradition.

Día de Muertos is Mexico's most anticipated holiday, a celebration of one of the country's most beautiful customs—honoring those who have journeyed into the afterlife, and remembering the joy of their lives through the rituals of remembrance.

This special release is also our very first Single Estate Agave Tequila, crafted from agaves grown exclusively on a small mountain in Los Altos de Jalisco, known as El Cerro del Viboreo.

The tequila is a refined blend of añejo tequila, aged for more than 14 months in casks that previously held American whiskey, combined with tequilas aged in first-use American oak barrels with light and medium charring. The result is an extraordinary expression of complexity and flavor.

The tasting notes of Clase Azul Tequila Día de Muertos Sabores reflect the essence of Día de Muertos offerings. The aroma is a blend of candied orange peel, agave syrup, and almond, while the flavor profile is a harmonious mix of citrus, clove, roasted coffee, and orange blossom, leaving a prolonged finish of orange peel that lingers on the palate.
