Chianti Classico 2016
This wine represent our most important production. It is made with a blend composed mainly by Sangiovese and some other Tuscan different grapes. The colour is a bright, limpid purple red and the bouquet is intensely fruity with a slight scent of violets and red cherry and cranberries. The flavour is balanced between a dry taste and a velvety one. Aged in steel tanks and 3000 lt Slavonian oak barrels. It is a full bodied wine that can be aged up to 8 years, but it would be better to drink it in the first 5 years.
