Kumesen Syuzo Distillery was founded in 1942. During this time, they were producing a rice-based spirit that was indigenous to the Okinawa Islands of Japan. This is their version of a single malt whisky, which was aged in oak barrels. There is not a whole lot of information available about this spirit, so we will have to go based on the flavors alone.
