This rare Exceptional Cask is a blend of two 16 year old casks initially aged in refill sherry butts that was then matured in Oloroso Sherry Butts for eight years. Offers fresh fruit notes balanced by the warming honeyed currant and ground coffee notes from the sherry cask.
