1921 Tequila Anejo is produced from 100% Blue Weber estate grown agave. This Anejo is double distilled in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils. Filtered twice through a state of the art gravitational filtration system and aged for 12 months in new American Oak barrels.
Nose: Nose includes mild Agave with butter, wood, a hint of olive.
Palate: Initial taste and body is balanced with subtle alcohol and dry champagne feel, supporting sweet agave, wood flavors, soft smoke and caramel.
Finish: Medium finish, leaving a fruity aftertaste.
